The research
Practical scientific research is needed to develop the methodologies for an inclusive construction site. Housing associations, construction and installation companies make construction projects available for research. Sector funds, clients and contractors contribute to the financing of the research. At the moment four research projects are / are being conducted into the effects of SROI on the sustainable employability of the employees involved. Would you also like to participate in the research in order to fulfill a (voluntary) SROI objective in a sustainable manner and to promote the sustainable employability of employees? Research capacity is still available for (residential) construction projects with a realization start in 2021. We propose that you prepare your SROI project objective together and also investigate the factors that influence the sustainable employability within your organization. We involve both your current employees and those employed by your company in the context of SROI. In particular, we expect the interaction between the two groups to be positive for the entire company. In consultation with you and your employees, we jointly develop a set of measures that promote the sustainable employability of your employees and achieve the SROI project objective in a sustainable manner. These measures are implemented in consultation with you and their implementation is supervised and documented during the implementation period for the benefit of the investigation.
